Two New Layouts + Friend System
Posted at 9/6/11 11:23 PM by Water Dragon // AnnouncementsSo there are two new layouts available now. :O Elegance, featuring Gardevoir, and Firestorm, featuring Charizard. xD Thought I'd give you guys a little treat before I get swept up in school. Gardevoir's a rather minimal layout, with only about two small images. It's flexible, and shapes to your browser for compatibility. I personally like it, and might keep using it. :O
Firestorm is a layout featuring a drawing made by our very own shadowfiles. <3 It features all the Fire/Flying types, including Ho-oh and Moltres. I liked making this layout. I've never really worked with Orange, and I think it came out well. xD
Also, the Friend system has returned! You guys can now knock yourselves out friending each other, which means absolutely nothing. I mean, it looks cool to have a lot of friends, but there's nothing else that friends can see that normal people can't. Maybe I'll enable profile comments again. That was fun.
Tiff also told me about something that's important: The pet system may be amusing, but it's not really 'fun'. It needs something else. I'm going to start coding an award system, which will give you money and little bips to show off on your posts... Continue reading?

Avatar Gallery + Content Spree

As you can see, you can access PokeSho avatars, some premade ones I made (they look pretty crappy xD) and trainer sprites. That's all I could really think of. I'd do Pokemon too, but I'm not sure yet. Maybe Pokemon moving sprites. Tell me what else I should add and I'll try to do it. :>
Also, I've been working my butt off writing content. xD I'm thinking of veering the site to a more traditional approach, with fansite resources as well as interactive content and the future ArtDex (which has been coming along terribly. xD) Some new guides include Black and White review (the only one that I've seen that isn't like OMFGSOGREAT10/10<3BESTGAMEEVERRRR), a Roaming Pokemon Guide which walks you through how to find and catch them without going crazy, a Fan Fiction Character Tutorial on how to build complex literary characters as well as some minor organizational edits here and there.
Comment on any guides you think I should work on next. I'll gladly look into them and see what I can do.... Continue reading?

Unfortunately....
Posted at 9/1/11 03:24 PM by Water Dragon // AnnouncementsIt has happened again. -___- We were hacked by T3H GH0ST but this time I 'think' I fixed the problem instead of aesthetically rearranging things. If you're reading this, please now that I'm not mad but kind of grateful that you did this. If there are any other ways to hack the site, please let me know through email or private message (you're free to join. ;))
To all members, you don't have to worry about changing your passwords unless you're really worried about your account. I've changed most of them, and they'll still work when you try to log in.
Besides that, I'm going to be working on content for the next week until school starts. It'd be nice if you guys advertised and stuff, to get this place popular. I'm happy with out current supply of few but active members, but a little more won't hurt. xD ... Continue reading?

Welcome To Fuen
Posted at 8/30/11 07:19 PM by Water Dragon // AnnouncementsSo the Fuen region is finally open. xD You'll be able to visit it by clicking Explore on the navigation panel at the top.
Fuen may seem simple, but it's kind of complex. xD You'll be able to explore the region up to 5 times a day, and the counter resets after 12 hours. When playing Fuen, you can catch various random Pokemon, some rarer than others. I think one of the rarest Pokemon is like, Gengar or something... I don't remember.
Most Pokemon you find will be like, really easy to catch, if you have PokeBalls. You'll be able to buy them in the shop. If you keep searching around a certain area, you'll probably stumble upon a few too. There are four kinds of PokeBall: Regular, Great, Ultra, and Stun. Regular PokeBalls are as they are in the game. They don't hinder the Pokemon's catch rate (Caterpie will always be caught with a PokeBall, I believe.). Great gives you a slightly better chance, and Ultra a better chance than Great.
